It is a scam if a person ask for help for his daughters medical expenses like he broke but then goes and buys jewelry to give someone that the money should've went to his daughter medical expenses and i'm sure ross would've understood that family comes first.

Once DJ Envy mentioned the GoFundMe for Gunplay Rick Ross gave Gunplay a lump sum and the GoFundMe was still active.
If you have a GoFundMe setup, you can't afford to give someone a 20k-50k diamond chain. Once he received the lump sum he should've refunded the GoFundMe money to those that donated.
That would've been the right thing to do.

People are doing a lot of assuming, for all we know ross could've paid for that chain himself and they did that whole "gifting" for the camera as a way to show that they're always bros after the whole envy shit. Or maybe the chain was given from a jeweler for free, knowing who it was going to as many jewelers gift chains/rings to artists because the promo is worth it in their eyes. I don't personally care about either parties involved in this scenario but there's no proof that he used the funds from the gofundme for that chain.
