I eat all 5 of these foods almost every day thinking I'm good.

No flavored oatmeal no mo? No Gatorade?

It's like I'm cutting out flavor in my foods.:(

You have to get steel cut oatmeal and it can't be the instant kind. Add fresh fruits, nuts, and spices. I'll make a bowl of oatmeal with walnuts, cinnamon, and diced apples in the morning, and I'm good until lunch time...no cravings...
 
Just by reading these comments, I'm pissed.

Oatmeal and Gatorade are part of my daily living. :angry:

Not quite the same. The carbs are about the same for 20oz but, Gatorade contains Sodium & Potassium, i.e. electrolytes, while Kool-Aid contains none.

Fuck that, I eat what I want and I'm cut as fuck. It's all about genetics and the right balance of calories too (and of course including how much you burn off at the gym).

I'm not trying to lose weight...actually trying to GAIN.

But all of these products are in regular rotation.

And my kids eat all that stuff, thinking its a healthier alternative.

Gave up white bread and only eat organic multi-grain or whole wheat bread.

And I try to put granola on my greek yogurt.

I stopped drinking Gatorade years back, limit fruit juice, and only use instant oatmeal if I'm in a rush.
 
meat is a killer to me, but I think certain blood types may need it..

thank goodness I aint one...

I feel if your blood type is O anything and you eating meat you are fucked...

as far as the video everything he stated I thought was common knowledge..

gataroade is the fuckn worst, but I still will juice my fruit juices.. an use the fiberous pulp in recipes like hot veggie and cold fruit soups...

Organic or not, bread is overrated, especially for those who aren't at their ideal weight.
 
I don't eat any of that shit. Stopped eating bread about a month ago and just drink water. Thank goodness brown pasta and rice wasn't mentioned. :dance:

Make your own oatmeal, and some cinnamon, fruits and you good!

from the dawn of time it's been reduce calorie intake and exercise.
