I've been playing RDR2 online off and on. Doesn't GTA have the same quick menu or something similar?

The Cayo Perico Survival is glitched. It's not on the list. After searching and then installing the series X upscaled version it still wasn't available. Then Googled and saw a Reddit post about it not being avaliable.

Just bought the mansion have no clue why I did but I have $300mil+ to burn.
