I got that one earlier today. What's funny is i did this mission with some fam a while ago and since i had done this mission previously, i knew where the boss at the end was gonna come out so i went there and blew up his car.
Should have just stolen it.....

This glitch is actually a lot easier than I expected it to be.
Here's some troubleshooting for common problems you might encounter.
Problem: IT SOLD MY REALLY NICE CAR!
Answer: You didn't choose "Swap Character" quickly enough after selling it.
Problem: IT SAYS THEY DON'T NEED A VEHICLE!
Answer: You accidentally sold the cheap vehicle, or you didn't swap quickly enough.
Problem: IT SAYS I CAN'T SELL A VEHICLE OVER $50,000!
Answer: The glitch has glitched. Start the process over again."

Weird things happen in the virtual version of Grand Theft Auto Online. So, yes: people may not think twice when it comes to getting into a car that a stranger just drives up and gets out of. Stay safe out there. [via Reddit]

I didn't even do all of this to get mine. I just drove around the Port /docks. Looking for The Sultan RS actually. Eventually when you leave via the main road traveling against traffic a bunch of them will be driving down the road toward you. I had my pick of the Blue & Light Blue one, a Green & Gold one, and a Matte Black one.

Rockstar Games announced that its planned "stimulus package" update for the Grand Theft Auto Online portion of Grand Theft Auto 5 will launch "early next week" for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
As part GTAO's stimulus package, players will receive a half-million GTA$ via two in-game deposits, the first of which will arrive when title update 1.05 hits next week. The update will be followed by the release of the Beach Bum Pack in November, along with a set of Content Creator tools.
Next week's update was previously delayed as Rockstar sorted out bugs related to the saving of player progress, which arose as a widespread problem following GTA Online's launch in October.

Ive been getting $26500 all day today

GTA V 1.06 patch leaves thousands unhappy
If you haven’t heard already, Rockstar has now deployed the GTA V 1.06 patch for PS3 and Xbox 360 platforms. Unfortunately though, it appears that not everyone is happy with the update – despite the fact that it comes bundled with free DLC.
The GTA 1.06 patch notes are also live with the update and it reveals many gameplay changes that consumers have raised doubts over. Specifically, complaints are pouring in on Rockstar’s newswire website, over another reduction in income that affects those that regularly participate in GTA V Online races.
Players are not happy with the recent changes Rockstar have made, one of which has been detailed by Rockstar in their notes which reads: “The GTA$ and RP rewards for Races, Deathmatches and Parachuting are now based on the average time they take to complete”.
You only need to head to their comment section to see that thousands upon thousands of comments are coming in, most of which are in a negative fashion which is disappointing to see. We have included one such complaint for you here which we feel sums up how many GTA V players are feeling right now.
Another big issue that came with the 1.06 update that players are not happy about, is Rockstar removing the ability to store police cars in their garages. This had become a very fun aspect of the game for some players, but the next time you load up the game on 1.06, you’ll find that your police cars have vanished from your garages.

Report: Lindsay Lohan Calls Lawyers Over Grand Theft Auto V
A report on TMZ claims that shining diamond Lindsay Lohan "has called in her lawyers" to take legal action over her supposed portrayal in Grand Theft Auto V.
I'll give you a moment to collect yourselves.
She's apparently going to demand that Rockstar and Take-Two pay her for using her likeness. No word on specific instances, but TMZ believes part of the issue is that the game's swimsuit-clad cover star is based on Lohan's appearance. Even though it's not, that honour going to model Shelby Welinder.
They also point out a couple of the game's paparazzi missions, but anyone who's played the game will know those aren't exactly trading off Lohan's explicit reputation, instead opting for more of a traditional "fallen idol" Hollywood stereotype.
Note that the report only says she's "called in her lawyers", not that any paperwork has actually been filed.
We've contacted Rockstar for comment, and will update if we hear back.
