I swear I was in a session w/ the crackhead dude...if it wasn't him then it was somebody who made their character look like that...just as annoying too...I didn't pay attention to what he was wearing...so we was going back and forth killing each other (dude was actually playing good) then all of a sudden he started doing this weird ass laugh and that's when I noticed it was the crackhead dude...then he put away his guns and just started running toward me laughing...so I shot him a few times and ran away to go fuck w/ some other players
