1 of my boys is feds and he work on pretty much all gang related situations..he been informed me bout all the raids that was gonna happen last yr and about future sweeps.. he was like mad nigs is about to get hit with rico and super football numbers.. he was like 1 particular hit that happen last yr several dozen nigs went down..he was like they was talking mad shit cause they thought it was gonna be a simple jail term.. he was like when the judge started saying rico this rico that he was like dudes were literally dropping like flies on some fainting shit..he was like they had to get the smelling salt a shitload of times.. he said nigs was crying left and rite etc.. as he said you best believe all kinda snitching bout to go on..in fact that's how they was catching raiding squads cause other nigs was snitching cause them numbers they was hearing.. he said a tactic they use is showing a pic of the person kid and than showing a picture of what they kid mite look like by the time they get out(grown ass adults)..he was like dudes damn near start crying and the snitching begins

Their meaning the justice system of Newyork is just doing what they should of did in the 70's,80's where a lot of gang members got away with murder and now two or three generations later they are hitting them harder than ever with that gang shit,state,state to state,federal just stacking shit on top of shit and even if they appeal it and have some of it over turned years would have passed.

what people don't understand is there's a lot of people comin home that did all kinda long bids from yrs ago..them prisons are getting empty so they need new replacements..what's goin on is the replacement procedure to keep that prison system generating money.. so it's a lot of sweeps and raids goin on.. also as my boy who worked for the feds said when stop and frisk was pretty much taken away they knew guns was gonna return to them streets heavy and they knew gun sales was about to go up so now they targeting all them illegal gun sales in the streets..they knew shootings will rise so they targeting groups heavy

Yes. That and worse. Point remains, excessive sentencing is excessive sentencing... and its reserved for "certain" people. Another key point is this same practice is also ultilized against lesser offenders and the threat of this despicable shit is used against innocent defendants with the purpose of forcing plea deals onto poor people. Again, 100+ year sentence is fucking absurd.

he was the shooter in 3 diff incidents and was involved with a 4th.. that's considered a danger to society.. they gonna put that dude under the cell for being in multiple shootings.. they was nice an offered him 15 if he plead guilty..he decided to go against that and lost..he would served 102 yrs less if he would've plead guilty
He was the "alleged" shooter in 3 different incidents... And again, not one life was lost. The issue is about racial bias and excessive sentencing. Also about how those sentences are used to leverage essentially forced confessions from the poor and innocent.
its more so the racist justice system that is fucking it up for everyone...
