I’ve tried to cancel my subscription it is absolutely impossible to cancel so they keep charging my card Called google nest & you can’t get any customer service # to call & I called the credit card company and they said I have to cancel my subscription first for them to help meanwhile they still charging me ??? Anybody had the same problem

Could be paying for video storage if he has cameras/nest aware. It's $8 to $15.

In the Google store, I can see the option to cancel or make other changes. This does seem to be separate from my main Google account for file storage, Playstore and YouTube. Maybe that's the issue.

Subscription for what bruh? I've had Nest for years and never paid a subscription for anything. Every year the ask me to enroll in a program where they control temp during the day and it get me a credit with my utility, but otherwise I'm not sure what you'd be paying for.

I had something similar with Netflix. I had my card (debit) canceled and reissued, but they were still charging my bank account for months. I still have no idea how they did it.

That's impossible. When you sign up for the service; you give them the info that is on your card. If that card is dead, there is no way the company you subscribed with can get the new card info. The company is pulling funds via the credit card info you gave them. This is why if your card has pass its expiration date (for example), you have to update you subscription with the new card info or they will not be able to pull funds.

This isn't always true, my gym always takes out their monthly dues and I never updated my card with them......but most companies I would have to update it...

Some bitch at the carwash lied to me and said unlimited monthly wages wouldn't automatically renew. The price I pay was the same cost for unlimited washes for the month so I went asking with it. Get a few more washes for the price of one with no auto renew. I disable all my cards unless I use them.

I say that to say this, 30 days passed and I get a notification on my phone that they tried to charge my card. I went back to that spot and cussed her and the manager out for lying. That same day, I reported my card lost and had a new one issued. There were no more issues with them trying to charge my shit.

If they don't have your new card info, they cannot charge you. Period.
