If you're going to the club just to sit there and not tip, you're better off staying home. Strippers are working, and they depend on spending customers. The times I've went to strip clubs strippers were there, but I wouldn't call it working. More often than not, the woman tried to treat their job like it was the streets. Instead of attempting to get clients they sat around talking to each other or men they clearly knew from outside of the club (not paying customers). You have to be assertive enough to ask men if they want a dance and most would rather wait to get chosen. Those types can't complain about not getting money.
My attitude has always been i either paid to get in or i paid the drink requirement. I've never thrown money at a stage and would only give up money for a dance. It's up to the strippers to get more for the club or themselves.
