I wonder if this is DeLa Hoya's revenge for, and way to make up for the damage caused by the Mayweather - McGregor fight. If it was my fighter, i would have had GGG go to the body more. I suspect he didn't want to get countered by Canelo's fast hands, but he could have broken Canelo down had he focused more on the body

I don't think so. He was nervous early and settled in. Canelo to me missed his shot to 'catch' him, plus, he's gonna be pressured to 'fight' more because of all the 'running' he did in this fight early, and that type of fight favors GGG.
