Whats going everybody. I got a question about the section 8 process. I really want to know the process before I start going out and purchasing properties for investment purposes only to find out that I'm stuck with a property that is section 8 ineligible.
So here are a few areas I've been thinking buying properties to start out:

So here are a few areas I've been thinking buying properties to start out:
- Southern CA the IE specifically
- Phoenix area
- Memphis, TN
- Property inspections if any
- The marketing side of things (attracting tenants to your property, etc) with the section 8 dept in your area
- Tenant selection
- Term of lease, etc
- Maintenance issues
- Payments from section 8 Dept.
