Getting rid of black marks/bumps under chin from shaving...

exfoliate, unrefined shea butter, and time.

co-sign on the above.

but if you're shaving with clippers, you need to invest in some blade wash and keep those blades clean.

you might also want to bring them to your barber so he can adjust them for you.

i've been using andis clippers to shave for the last 20 yrs... and i've had maybe 5 razor bumps. not 5 treatments for razor bumps... maybe, MAYBE only 5 bumps.

I've used this stuff and it's the sure cure for razor bumps..can be found at all drug stores. Give it a shot man..

then moisterize with shea butter. Expect improvement in 6 weeks.

usually some oils and shit, but also, I'd check into getting me some new blades. You're blades either need to be replaced or need to be oiled. I don't use clippers becuase it doesn't the job for me, but I use a Gillet Razor and I'm straight. the Mach3s do me good, but you have to lather under your chin as well. don't mess around with dry skin. Gillett products usually do good for me since I usually get ingrown hairs. Also, make sure you wet your face up with a warm or hot towell, the hotter the better since it'll open up your pores and allow for the hairs to be taken out faster.

One other thing, if you can, try pulling our your hairs with tweezers, so as to prolong them coming back for about a couple weeks, I do that to my stubborn spots.

Good luck

Yep I fuck with Gillette also. Tweezers are also a good idea.

I've been using Neutrogena lately it seems to work pretty good for me.
