I did watch the video. Everything thing mentioned was all done for business and financial resoms, for the govt. I agree with the message but the conspiracy theory aspect of it I dont like. These are all truths and it was done to empower the govt. It's the system.

You are about to reject it, but then your co-worker points out that the violations are technicalities that nobody will ever notice. More importantly, the application includes $200 and a box of Cuban cigars. you pocket the money, light up and stamp "approved".
This type of stuff happens every day all across the country with entry-level civil servants. Eventually these people get promoted and sometimes even elected for public office. The applicants are replaced with developers, lobbyists, churches, special interest groups and so forth. As their careers progress the collusion gets bigger and the abuse of the public becomes more heinous.
