She's not a hardbody like Janet and Janet isn't always a hardbody.

But Alicia has a great shape and gorgeous legs. This just wasn't an outfit that flattered her best features.

Of course, women fluctuate but when Janet is touring she's usually on point.

Keys does have a great shape, but I'm going to have to see her legs bare to really go as far as you did with your assessment. Judging on that picture alone, she seems a little too soft. Not that she's need to be that tight anyway, she's more of a vocalist/musician than an entertainer.

She's a curvy lady with a nice feminine body...her legs have always been, imo, gorgeous but she DEFINITELY has some wide-set hips and has been "thickening" up over the past few years she has been out.

But, yes, bad choice for her...but, she's still my girl! We all make some bad "costume" decisions in our lives...just that celebrities get called out on it cause they're in the lime light, and usually their "stylist" is supposed to make the best choices, fashion-wise, for them...

You have to put that in context, Femme. Alicia has a "Harlem Renaissance / Roaring '20s" period set that she performs in while on tour. That is her 20s / 30s jazz era flapper look.
