SUGAR LAND, Texas -
Officers captured a 12-foot alligator that was on the loose in a parking lot in Sugar Land.

Employees in the shopping center on 59 South near Williams trace discovered the gator when they arrived at work Saturday morning.

The gator was in the back parking lot where the workers park their vehicles.

Authorities said the gator may have wandered over from Oyster Creek nearby. The gator is being relocated by the Game Warden.

Shit its always some gators all up and down hwy 6, all them running trails and parks got gator warnings, they got a big gator park on 59 by the Brazos river.

I could see myself doing the same thing. With a 12 foot alligator it's likely 2-4 man job because of the weight difference. 1 little white woman and a scaredy cat policeman wasn't going to cut it. If that alligator had have deathrolled then both of them would have been in trouble

Gators of that size are extremely powerful, but the key is as she said you have to get tired before you jump on its back otherwise it could be curtains. Many of you know that I've caught two rattlesnakes in my life with my bare hands so white people ain't the only ones that are crazy
