Gamers: Cacs FALSELY claim Lead Developer of EA's new Black Panther game explains why she doesn't hire white people

She will be fired by Monday. I applaud her, but it's beyond ignorant to stream your intentions:smh:

She is about to make Edward Blum a few million off EA and all this so called white discrimination:smh:
Young people may possess knowledge, but wisdom often eludes them. Wisdom comes with experience and reflection, not just the accumulation of facts. Hopefully, she learned her lesson that a still tongue makes a wise head.

I'm not weighing in as far as what I think about this, and it's not the full discussion, but it this same reasoning of wanting to be surrounded by people like herself has been used by white folk to exclude us and oppose diversity.

True, but most aren't foolish enough to openly admit in public like she did.

That public statement could easily result in a discrimination lawsuit from any white applicants who may have applied considering she's already confessed to discriminating potential hires based on race :smh:

Yes, we know this is the practice but, they understand exclusion by other means not directly stating the intent which literally against the law.

Making moves/deals while knowing WHEN to STFU on social media is truly an art form that is missed by so many.

Y'all must've missed the part about her being independent.

She can say whatever the fuck she wants.

She can't be fired.
She can also "not be hired" or "not get any funding".

I don't see how her statements don't put all other black talent in her profession in a difficult spot.

Beyond that profession, the same conversation applies as well. Are we for racial exclusion in hiring practices or against it?

And seriously... Micro-agressions? Smh...

When white people do it , it’s just a regular day in the office… when black people do it , it’s all of a sudden a problem

She could just had switch her wording a lil bit.. due to lack of diversity in the gaming industry a lot of black creators tend to not get much work, so I decided to build a team of black creators whom for the most part would’ve been denied or overlook due to their race, I hope to find more black creators to give them the opportunity that most wouldn’t get.. hire me as the pr guy mam
