Interview is two years old when she was making her own indie game, she is not the lead dev in any way on black panther.
Yes, we know this is the practice but, they understand exclusion by other means not directly stating the intent which literally against the law.
Y'all must've missed the part about her being independent.
She can say whatever the fuck she wants.

I don't see how her statements don't put all other black talent in her profession in a difficult spot.

She could just had switch her wording a lil bit.. due to lack of diversity in the gaming industry a lot of black creators tend to not get much work, so I decided to build a team of black creators whom for the most part would’ve been denied or overlook due to their race, I hope to find more black creators to give them the opportunity that most wouldn’t get.. hire me as the pr guy mam

I was about to say this.... CACs hire one another but don't say it or promote it out loud like that. She should have kept that to herself, and if pressed, should have said "I hired the best people for the job"....
