Game Of Thrones: The Sopranos with swords or Dynasty in chainmail?

smh

they just gave up....

sad really
It’s a long shoot. It’s been a whole Decade. Yeah, some mistakes will get made during the course of 10 years of production.

But I wonder when was the last time that dude Paused the footage on ANY movie he’s watched in the last 20 years to look for the same types of ‘imperfections’ and ‘objects out of place’.

2 minor errors in 76 episodes is pretty damn good, I’d say.

He would find a lot more than 2 errors in the background of the average 2.5 hour feature film... if he spent his time ‘scrubbing through every scene’.

Shheeeeiittt.... he’s outraged about a semi-revealed water bottle down by Sam’s foot... but there was a ‘whole automobile’ seen in Braveheart ... and nobody was bitching about that movie, when it was in the theaters.

Agreed about Bran, he would be viewed as weak....also cant have children ...Drogon was the best part of the end
Doesn’t matter that Bran cannot have children because They all made a unanimous decision that Kings / Queens would no longer ‘inherit’ the Throne, just because they were born into a certain family. Instead, they would be chosen from now on. Starting with Bran.

My overall thoughts on G.O.T. has not changed. I think it is still a great show. I do not fault the writters of the show DB and Dan, I think the blame should be directed toward HBO. They knew the show runners was leaving. And didnt imo care to replace the original show runners.
True Dat!

Seem like HBO has a thing with rushing the final season of series.
For Boardwalk fans we lucked out. Because I read that Boardwalk was initially going to get cancelled. But the show runner and fans convinced HBO otherwise. So they basically made a compromise, and only ordered 8 instead of 12 episodes.

that's because Braveheart was good

Stop making excuses for their incompetence and lack of fucks.

this is just more proof that they mailed in this season.

That’s your opinion. Not mine.
Braveheart was good. And so was Game of Thrones.

I thought the final season of GoT was good. You didn’t. Go cry in the cry.

Watched this shit again .... so much shit that makes no sense. Jon’s ending makes no sense. They built his Targaryen secret up for years..... and only 8 people end up knowing. ....

He kills Dany .... we don’t get any visuals of the arrest or anything ... they spoke of how he killed her ... yet there were no witnesses.... so he just went and voluntarily told the whole story ?

Makes no sense how they continuously tell him who he is during the show yet he gets arrested and doesn’t reveal what could possibly get him off? He was the rightful heir therefore Dany was a usurper .....and Bran knows this truth. Yet the dude who doesn’t really live in the present ... somehow is cool with being King.

He says maybe he can find Drogon..... but doesn’t try. The Unsullied and basically the Iron Islands Force a dude that was just King in the North to the Wall???

The dude who has the most leadership experience and ALL the people already love him ..... gets sent to the wall and the human history book becomes king ......

This was terrible.

This all this

I’m as big of a GOT fan as there comes. But this finale was weak as hell. Not at all coherent and everything else.

Cant argue this

Brienne editing Jaime's wikipedia

Stretch gone have to steal this one :roflmao:

For all those who said house stark was a bunch of pussies them muthafucka ruling the north south and west of Westeros

Fuck the starks! This was the one big killer of the show for me. A show based on the good getting fucked over, then all of a sudden they cant fucking lose???

Makes sense because Jon was the ONLY person who could walk past Drogon when he was laying outside the Iron Throne. Not too hard to figure out who killed Dany. So he didn’t have to ‘admit’ anything.

Drogon would have ‘snatched a body’... if anyone else attempted to climb those stairs. Even Greyworm. Or any Dothraki.

Definitely the worst episode ever. It started out feeling like a Disney movie. Then by the time it was over felt like a halmark film.

Only part i liked was Bron the new master of coin, rather rebuild the whore houses than the navy.

And all the stark tragedy for seasons, they all got rewarded for being lucky, while those who deserved it for playing the game got killed.

Game of thrones ending fixed:

Dany knifes jon in the heart.

Stands over his body. Greyworm comes in and sees.

Greyworm cuts danys throat. Then mask off its Arya.

Showing a dead faceless greyworn in an alley somewhere.

Tyrion finds Cersi barely alive and he gives her a mercy killing. Completing the prophecy.

Then the rest could continue how it played out.

What were all these toeing the line scenes?

The bitch has been wanting to burn whole cities down since the first season... And she was always talked out of it...

The scenes have been posted already...

It didn't help that the person trying to talk her out it the very last time...

Just got played by the Queen for help vs the Night King...
Released the man that killed her father...
Knew about John's true identity...

It seemed to me she finally did what she wanted to do...
Dude begging for the city meant nothing to her...
Why should she trust him? Did she think she was being setup?

But... It's obviously shitty writing to me because those are the missing questions and conversations the vast majority of the audiance wanted to see and they didn't connect the dots clearer...

Just like we are now to believe that Bran has been one step ahead of everybody the whole time... Probably the clues have been there just more shitty writing to connect the dots ...

you lack logic here.... Dany has flown away for a long period of time before...
w/o a body the only way Greyworm or anyoneelse would even know Dany was dead in this episode was because Jon told them

a major fuck up on their part

very disappointing season/series finale...I could live w/ the ending even bran as fucking king if the writers took their time getting us there...HBO offered them the opportunity to do 3 more seasons/30 episodes after season 6...D&D went for 2 seasons and 13 eps and what we ended up w/ was this rushed mess smh...I’m just here to read @stretchwallz series finale send-off :(

I didn't know they were offered 3 more seasons, they should have took that offer because like you said last night seemed rushed. Overall great series and even though I was late to the party, (just started watching a few months ago) that show was outstanding!

had a similar conversation about jon last night

Either kill him making him a martyr...... or just let him be the reluctant king

I like it... but many people would still be bitching about that ending.

They would call it “SJW” fan service and complain that Arya got another ‘major character kill’. They were already steady bitching about her killing the Night King... and didn’t want to see her catch another body.... unless it was Cersei.

All you would hear is... “This is some bullshit. How did Arya get past Drogon looking like Greyworm?” :hmm: “Arya is soooo overpowered.” :hmm: “Sansa should have killed her instead.” :hmm: “Tyrion should have choked her to death.” :hmm:

And a thousand other complaints.

Or they could have seen Drogon flying off carrying Dany’s limp body in his claws, instead of riding him, which she always does. (Which would indicate she was dead & implicate Jon, because he was the last person seen entering the Iron Throne where they all knew she was.)

But Personally, I didn’t need to see ‘everyone looking up in the sky’ to have it make sense for me.

Arya went through all that training for what?!she didnt do anything with it.the ending suck almost as bad as sons of anarchy.it needed 2 or 3 more episodes.it needed some more action killings something.bran as king is almost believable as the folks that thought this ending was good.lol oh i dont get why bran punished his brother john for saving everyone.by killing dany it stopped a bunch of people from dying and yet he still sent him to the wall with no lan ,family ,woman.smh

yeah the unsullied and dothraki were all hanging out in the harbor and sea and would clearly be able to see Danys body in Drogon's claws despite the snow and fog:lol:

He had to admit he put a knife in her heart. They had no body to know where her wounds were or how she died.

You missed the part right before this scene starts.... when Jon walks right by a line of Unsullied guards who are right outside the Throne Room. As he approaches Drogon who lets him in.

So when Drogon grabs Dany & takes off... is exactly when those Unsullied guards would have probably seen Dany’s lifeless body in his claws.

Not when he’s flown way out, over the harbor.

Go rewind the scene and count how many Unsullied guards Jon walks by before he gets to Drogon who is only a few steps away.

The Unsullied are posted all over the place. Standing guard. Just like Drogon. They watched him go inside.

All these YouTube clips start AFTER Jon walks by the Unsullied... when he is approaching Drogon.

Killing Daenerys, I agree.
The unsullied don’t give a fuck about the lines of succession. They followed a person.
Why the fuck would anyone want to find Drogon? Which Targaeyen is going to control him? Let him go and pray he doesn’t come back.
Bran becoming king is fuckery.
People would want to find Drogon because if someone else is able to tame and mount him then world is in trouble again.
