Game Of Thrones: The Sopranos with swords or Dynasty in chainmail?

In my opinion..... (aside from Jon Snow) tonight's BIG WINNER was......... Melisandre.

Her character went from 'MOST HATED'............. to 'MOST NEEDED' :o....... in one. single. episode.:lol:

Deep down, as they watched the last 5 minutes of the episode.... people was thinking: "I'll give you a 'PASS' for all your previous heinous shit..... IF.... you actually REVIVE this nucca Jon Snow before them end credits roll"

:lol::giggle::blush::happy:
She burnt his daughter. She killed renly. She got nasty naked.

Ramsey dont know the wildlings are at the wall though. He said he would take a small force cuz he's just expecting to find a handful of crows. When they roll up on Tormund, Wun Wun and crew...and the Red Woman...all freshly motivated by the resurrection of Jon Snow...I think we're gonna be pleased with the outcome.
Ramsey is by far one of the sickest characters ever portrayed on tv. I'm not going to say the father didn't deserve it. And I'm not going to cry over the fat ladies son. But the flat chested nympho bitch he was fucking, he told her father to feed her to the pigs. Her father.

*spoiler*

Man when Roose said "you will always be my first born" and jolted..i thought he was the one that stabbed ramsey...and it didnt surprise me, i was like "yeah i saw that coming".
Then he started dropping and i was like wtf?! THAT surprised me, didnt think ramsey would be able to kill him..his father seemed to be the only person who could control him..karma is a bitch, son did him the same way roose did rob stark.
The father didn't control him. His father used him as an end to the means. His son is not more valuable than the next dead town folk. Papa Ramsey had it coming.

Exactly, he's under informed to assault Castle Black, that is too convenient for the demise or fall of Ramsay Bolton. He's destined for a more nefarious arc.

Which makes me think the gift to Ramsay is indeed Rickon and Osha. Ramsay would then attempt to barter Rickon for Jon's "surrender", like he did with the Greyjoy encampment two seasons ago, then kill them both.

I just have a feeling that the Night King and Ramsay will have some alliance.

The gift to Ramsay is Theon getting caught

truth be told I don't think he will even be "caught" technically...he did say he was going "home" wonder if he's still talking as "reek"...dude doesn't seem like he can forgive himself for having those 2 boys burned...looks like he feels he deserved/still deserves to be punished...just a guess tho...w/ his dad dead it would be an interesting time for him to go back to his real home tho

^^^ Agreed.

The only 2 people getting captured that would be MORE devastating than Rickon and Osha would be him capturing either....

- Gendry. The last living Baratheon. :smh:
- or Uncle Benjen. The last adult Stark. :smh:

We still have not seen either one of them in a very loooooong time. :dunno:

But it would definitely conclude their storylines.

He could always go back pretending to be Reek and say he saw Sansa push Miranda over the wall and chased her, but he lost her so he came back. Then he could get back in and wait for the right moment to put a knife through Ramsey's neck.

Gendry is a non factor and everyone that knows about him is dead or now has "no name"
so scratch that

Benjen would be interesting but soo many questions would popup of why he would bypass the Nightwatch and go further south?

I may fuck with many face gods, but after last night, I'm rocking with light God. Fuck all the old gods and the new gods.

Good luck with that

Davos still may wrap his hands around her neck when he finds out about Shireen.

Either way, I kinda don't expect Mel to last the season.
In one of the season 6 trailers... Davos is seen standing over a pile of ashes.

That whole crew of Wildlings is gonna leave Castle Black with Jon since he is released from being a member of the Nights Watch.

If that happens, I think Melisandre will take Davos to the exact spot where she burned Shireen. Those are her ashes that Davos is standing over & paying his respects.

Just my opinion.

Gendry will make another appearance.
I highly doubt he is gone for good.

Remember, Gendry is still a damn good Blacksmith.

Maybe he has learned how to forge Valyrian Steel, by now.

Maybe he has learned how to forge Dragon Glass Weapons, by now.

If we don't see Gendry this season, we will probably see him in season 7 or 8.

Because that BIG-ASS war with the Army of the Dead is coming eventually .... And whoever fights for 'the side of the Living' is gonna need all the weapons that that every last Blacksmith in the 7 Kingdoms can make.

I get the feeling... Before its all said and done... Somebody is gonna need Gendry to forge something that NOBODY ELSE can probably make. Except him.

Just saying. :D

"there is only one god, his name is death..."
so many face god trumps the lord of light

If I'm not mistaken, the Lord of Light, The Stranger, The Drowned God, The Many Faced God.....are all believed to be different faces of the one true god.

I thought the same when I saw that scene in the trailer. But now it seems like Davos is coming to some kind of...understanding, if you will....of Mel and her devotion to R'hllor. It will be interesting to see how he responds to learning about Shireen.

To your point, the whole resurrection scene was handled sloppily to me. In a superstitious ass world like that with wights and dead walkers, no one says "We gonna try what?" Everyone was just like yeah, ok why not try to raise this obviously dead man back to life.

I definitely don't like the way it unfolded.
I thought so too. If Melisandre had discovered the body and or Ben a first responder once they brought him in it would have made more sense then to keep a dead body around for hours Like A Game of Thrones version of Mike Brown. it could have been done better

Great episode

Jaime got G checked

Ramsey is fucking crazy

and John is back!

This episode could have been sub-titled 'G checked'.
The high sparrow checked Jaime.
Frankenstein/Mountain checking all of Cersei's enemies.
The Giant and the free folk checked the whole Castle Black.
Ramsay checked Bolton.
Mystery brother Greyjoy checked Balon.

But my favorite one of the episode was the Yara getting checked by the old maester.
- YARA: "I swear on the Salt Throne!"
- OLD MAESTER:  "Bitch, the Salt Throne ain't your's to swear on."
- YARA: "But my daddy would have wanted me to lead."
- OLD MAESTER: :confused: "Did you hit ya fucking head or something? You must have forgotten where you're at. If you want the throne, you best be paying that Iron Price."

The Faceless Men worship Death, whom they believe is the only god. The cult is actually a syncretic religion: they believe that Death is unknowingly worshiped by all religions in the world, simply under different names. Every religion either has a god of death (in polytheistic faiths), or has a god with dominion over death (in monotheistic faiths). The Faceless Men believe that all of these gods are simply different aspects or "faces" which Death has revealed Himself to humanity with - hence why they formally refer to their deity as "the Many-Faced God"

Dope!
