Great episode my only beef would be how easily the Sons Of Harpies were able to penetrate Drogon's skin. I thought Dragon skin was damn near impenetrable. These cats were throwing spears and piercing the skin like it was nothing.

That and for the life of me Ill never understand why they go at people one at a time and get cut down in assembly line fashion. Fuckers outnumbered them like 5-1 and the bitch still got away. Im taking before the dragon came.

The real reason is it's a lot harder to co-ordinate a mass rush by a whole bunch of extras than it is to have a choreographed set of moves by a smaller set of experienced stunt men. Also a mob rush as logical as it sounds just doesn't look as good on film/tv

If you saw me fighting a knight, would you jump in simultaneously because your state of mind tells you "if we go at this dude at the same time we both may get cut the fuck up, but our chances of taking him down are infinitely better"
or
"im gonna hope this dude takes the knight down, or at least tire him out to make it easier for me, i ain't trying to jump in the middle and get cut the fuck up unless i absolutely have to"
as selfish as people are here, why do they expect something that's not natural to humans to be done?
Nah, unless it's hand to hand combat, if someone is brandishing a weapon no one is just going to storm them. at most you hope that someone will distract them to make it easier. but you have to be an idiot to bumrush simply because you have the numbers, especially if your force is untrained and you're going up against trained, very skilled fighters...if we were talking about the religious zealots in kings landing you'd have a leg to stand on.But theyre prepared to die for an ideal... they had the element of surprise and numbers, but they didn't have skill. these are rebels and not a military uprising.
wow really? thought it was somewhat cliche...seen that scene played out quite a few times
when i watched it the second time, knowing what was about to happen, it seemed very cliche...as did a lot of things in that scene. but first time watching I wasnt expecting that. I honestly thought Jorah's simpdom had gone violent due to the pit fighting and he was aiming to take out either Dario or Lionel Richie.

I'm willing to bet that every dude who attacked "one at a time" was trying to "set off" the bum rush.
(ie - they thought it was 'go time'
... and was counting on the closest 'wingman' to follow their lead. )But a successful bum rush needs 'a good distraction'... Or a big 'mistake' made by the person being attacked (preferably the big mistake is... they turn their back, or get separated from the pack... So that they can get easily blindsided.... Right as someone in the back yells out 'WORLDSTAR!!'.... Which causes the person being bum rushed to instantly PANIC
and make 'additional mistakes'... like trying to 'wrestle' one single attacker... or not running the fuck away.
