Game Of Thrones: The Sopranos with swords or Dynasty in chainmail?

I was pissed that they didn't show more of the Cercei and Jamie reunion.

Actually I wanted to see Cercei and Tywin's reactions before this season was over.

I wonder if Cercei will see him the same now that he's not the Jamie she knew before.

Same with Tywin. He isn't the comforting type and only see's things in terms of power and legacy. With that in mind I wonder how he'll view Jamie now since Jamies strength was more in his fighting prowess and not mind.

hows his dad as a fighter?

maybe now he can learn the other side of war, he can still more kids(not with sis)

Saw this on tumblr

"WHAT THE FUCK at all of these brown people calling this white wench “mother”. HOW THE FUCK does the white savior complex still exist in a freaking midieval fantasy times? THOSE FUCKERS WON’T CAST ANY OF THE MAINS AS PEOPLE OF COLOR BUT WHEN THEY NEED SOME PEOPLE TO BE LIBERATED TO WORSHIP THEIR WHITE SPARKLING PUSSY GODDESS, ITS BROWN FOLK ALL AROUND. FUCK YOUUUUU GAME OF THRONES"

That is a real valid point. What other main characters on the show are black? If I remember correctly there has only been two. The pirate, and the Con artiest that tried to play Khaleesi "The mother of dragons".

-so bran is the key to stopping the white walkers?

-theons father was like 'no fucks given'!

Theon's father, you could tell he kinda was hurt by it. But he just quickly shoved it to the side. IronBorn...whatcha gonna do? Big Sis though... I'mma GET my lil brother! Love it.

Tywin cares for Jamie. I took it that way anyway. From the first season when Tywin was introduced Jamie was talking to him. That was a father who had concern for his child.

Honestly Tywin isn't such a bad guy. He's just ruthlessly effective at what he does.

Cerc looked at dude like he got his Johnson cut off instead of his hand.

The Starks will be back.

After watching the scene with Frey and Bolton its obvious that his motivation for killing Rob and Cat was much deeper than just Rob going back on his word. That shit was just the straw that broke the camels back. That shit seems to be more about gaining respect and power than anything. He obviously was rich but not powerful and that shit bothered him.

Bolton was giving him a lot of those same looks that he was giving Cat right before they killed her and Rob so he obviously doesn't really respect him either they just needed him for the time being.

In his mind Theon is nothing but a Stark, he doesn't give two fucks about him.

If he feels that way,he should blame himself for being so god dayum stupid...Nobody didnt tell him to rebel against Robert....:hmm:

Shae still acting like a dumb bitch

Im shocked they mentioned the Rat Cook story

So what the point of having "guest right",if you're to kill someone...

Arya shank that dude,in the neck

What the fuck was the last scene.....they couldnt come up with a better scene than that.....I hope Daenarys die,I cant stand that bitch....:hmm:

Horrible finale, feels like they rushed from scene t scene and the scene with the white savior freeing the brown people was very underwhelming

I'm sure in his younger days Tywin must have had some skill but his strength is mental and strategy.

To me he seems to be a combination of Tyrion and Jamie except far more cold and calculating.

i thought roose was 'bout to kill walder.

he was looking @ him & surrounding sideways as hell.

My thoughts exactly.

Bolton seemed sick listening to him gloat and talk that shit. They just needed him for this but they obviously still think of him as nobody.

If you remember the first season when Tywin was first introduced and the conversation he had with Jamie (when the war was just starting and he was carving that dear).

He made clear then his feelings. I think he cares for all his children but not in a traditional way. He cares about what happens when they all are dead and the legacy they leave for the Lannisters that come after him.

The legacy and continuation of his legacy his how he shows he cares not in a conventional way.

Yeah on the low Tywin has become my favorite character. In real life I'd hates someone like him but duke is so cold, ruthless, and intelligent that you can't help but to like and respect him.

Jon thought it was one way, but ygritte showed him that hell hath no fury like a woman scorned:lol:

Yeah no doubt but he doesn't see it that way it appears. He seems to see Theon's ability to survive and thrive with the Starks as a betrayal and insult to him and their ways. He definitely has know one to blame but himself.

Totally agree on Shae I thought that shit would last a couple of weeks maybe and then she would come to her senses but she's just getting annoying now. She should either accept that she can have a life in the shadows with Tyrion as his mistress or she needs to move the fuck on. The little side eye temper tantrum power play shit is just getting old now.

As far as Daenarys dying........................:curse::curse::curse::curse:

"what was this white savior shit"
-------------------------------------------
"The ending of “Mhysa” brought me to tears. That said, I can certainly see where a white savior figure crowd surfing on a sea of brown bodies would be problematic and I’m kind of surprised they went there. They could have had a similar scene with the same emotional impact that didn’t go there, so it’s kind of sad that they felt the need to do it, anyway. Still, it was nice to end a season of such brutal, gut-wrenching loss on a hopeful note, and with a callback to the ending of season one, and the character progression of Daenerys."
-------------------------------------------
"It’s hard to defend the white savior accusations after an ending like that. Now don’t get me wrong. I am glad there was liberation. I just tire of seeing people of color in subservient roles in a narrative that I love."

-------------------------------------------
"Daenerys makes me feel so conflicted because on the one hand like she kicks so much ass but on the other why’d she have to be a white savior like that imagery was umm a little heavy handed and I can just see George R R Martin jasming over that but like aren’t there ever white slaves in fantasy lands? Couldn’t she have done it without being so fucking Aryan? I liked when that witch woman got her revenge and was like lol what did you save me from in the first season. That really humbled Dani in my opinion. But now Dani is just perfect white savior and she’s got all these people of color chanting mother around her and petting her. A little overdone perhaps? Ick."
-------------------------------------------
"Fuck Daenerys and her white saviour bullshit."

-------------------------------------------
"I mean it was a good episode overall, but not what a finale should be. Just because you have an amazing 9th episode doesn’t mean you don’t go all out for #10.

Also - the whole last scene with Dany just pissed me off not sry2say. CAn’t wait for the uproar and 50,000 word text posts analyzing the racism there. #notdenyingit"

-------------------------------------------
"And, I have to say, I I could have done without the crowd surfing white savior bit at the end. Really distasteful, especially since 90% of those actors were poc.
In the book she’s just walking through the procession and they start calling her mysha; nobody fucking lifts her up and gives her a piggyback ride."

Hitler wasn't a bad guy either he was just ruthlessly effective

:hmm:

looks like arya is on her way to bravos.

Yeah but I'm wondering how her being with the hound plays into that now

Jon thought it was one way, but ygritte showed him that hell hath no fury like a woman scorned:lol:

I know I thought they were going to have a brief argument followed by a passionate kiss and then she'd end up leaving with him. Obviously I forgot what the fuck I was watching for a minute because she hit duke three times and them shits weren't flesh wounds either.

I couldn't be more pissed right now that they didn't show the Jaime/Tywin reunion.
That's the one thing I wanted to see more than anything with this finale.
I want a "Arya and The Hound" Spin off lol. That chile VEX him so!

Ok, I clearly spoke too soon .... ARYA CATCHING BODIES NOW !!!!!!!!!!!:dance::dance::dance:
Valar Morghulis bitches !!!!!!!

The funniest shit to me was the scene with Arya and the Hound.

When the Hound got done killing all them he went straight to that food and started fucking that shit up just like he did last week when he took that pork from the old man.

Seems to me Jamie is obviously his favorite. He still believed everything rested on Jamie. Yeah it's not traditional, usual. But it's still There. He only cares that Tyrion has his name. But JAMIE. Nah Jamie is HIS BOY. His first born SON. That means something to Tywin.

I agree but that was all dependent on how he viewed Jamie as a strong, virile warrior. He was proud to have Jamie carry on his name and be a representative of the Lannisters for that reason.

Now that Jamie is crippled, broken a little mentally and changed by it I'm curious to see if that will change how Tywin feels and looks at him.

Another thing I wanted to see that I'm pissed they didn't show was Briennes reaction to the news that Cat Stark and Rob had been killed.

This episode was just bad, just skipping from random scene to scene, especiallybwith Davos, anyone notice Robert's bastard always had his goatee neat even while in a dungeon?
