I got a e-mail from my ISP this morning and they said they value me as a customer and want to work things out.
I made this thread initially because if the plug got pulled over the weekend I wanted everyone to know what's up.
I have had a good relationship with the senior members of the ISP's staff. The employees who are not aware of this website flip out when they see what we do. I will probably have to make some changes. We may need to put a lot of the questionable content in it's own forum for members only.

I have been saying have some criteria for years....
I vote for post count.
Because lurkers could donate while still being disloyal to the board and everything that it stands for.
For instance:
I could be a member of bangbros....donate my little 20 or 100 bucks (What is 20 or 100 bucks to a site of that magnitude?)....and then I could still point out misdeeds from within the boundaries of "membership".
You could also substitute a representative from the RIAA or MPAA for any other adult content web distributer.

Man, honestly....the stuff that is provided here should demand a post count well above 2,000.
I never get my software from here....but what is provided is undeniably awesome....and the provisions of free software is beyond being generous to the LURKERS.

Why not just get a real server though? Like at aplus.net or something? When you host from your house your upload bandwidth is not much.....and Im 99.9% sure thats why the site is so slow at times......b/c the line is full of data!
Hosting with a real host would fix that.

how about having over 2,000 posts or posting at least 10 flicks, movies, albums, software cracks, ect.

For what it's worth you might also want to put up a disclaimer in that member's only section reminding people that this site is not the source of the content...I don't know how effective that is legally but I see several sites do it...here are 2 examples...
