One of the kids I mentored in college became a manager @ Amazon. He supervises the drivers. He's fired a few drivers in the past months, and he called me to tell me that he had to fire another one today, and the reason was crazy. One of his drivers dropped off a package to a lady that was sitting on the porch with her baby daughter. He looked down and told her that she had beautiful feet and would she let him take a picture of her feet. It gets better. She let him. Then this fool put the pix online, without asking and sent her the link.
Her husband ended up seeing the pix. I don't know her husband's name, but I'm guessing it ain't Bullet, because dude went ballistic and contacted Amazon, which led to the firing.
Here's my question: Since he did all of this without her permission (posting them) while he was in uniform and on duty, did he open Amazon up to a possible lawsuit?
