I don't know, but that dress going to get a lot of guys slapped by their girl for looking at her too long.

I know no matter how old my daughter is she would have more respect than to where that black dress. I know she wouldn't let me see it, cause she knows I am going to tell her to change.

I blamed the parents but a 40 year old mother of two 16 girls, said you never know her situation and she may not even live with the parents.
She said there are a lot of circumstances that could leave a young lady without parents.
She told me don't judge until I've walked in a teenagers shoe....... I think she's gone through some things herself...

True, but she kow that she is going to receive attention she intended as well as unwelcome responses. The need for constant attention from these insecure women is crazy
