Right, families gotta grieve for the rest of their life losing a loved one because of a doctor's greed to give them something they weren't supposed to have with that former doctor can move on with his life or get another job like nothing happened after getting released from prison.

Agreed. And it's the preying upon vulnerable individuals that always gets me.


Sure, they might not take "no" for an answer and have the money to get what they want. But still ... you are profiting off of their eventual death.

Doctors have the power to tell their patient "NO" when it comes to risking their career or killing their patient giving them something they should've have or going passed the recommended dosage.

Also, I don't see nothing changing with another high profile celebrity getting killed by their doctor giving something they shouldn't have or going passed the recommended dosage since these judges give these dirty doctors a slap on the wrist to serve a short prison time.

JSwoop - I remember working in shelters back in the early-2000s.


Speaking of preying on the vulnerable population. We had to do security checks at the start of every shift with our coworkers. I.E. - filing cabinet which had peoples' personal belongings. Money / weed / switchblade knives they had turned in for safekeeping. The reason for the security checks was because some staff would steal their money and drugs off of them.

Also, in the med room there was a security camera above the dispensing area. Some people would steal the abusable meds and use 'em themselves, or sell them on the corner to other homeless people.

The fuck?

I don't miss working in those environments wherein you couldn't trust your own coworkers. And in turn everyone's eyed as a potential thief. Fuck that. The job was already stressful enough as it was trying to multi-task constantly.

Yeah, that's why I always make sure to go with my parents anytime they have to go to the hospital for their protection and to make sure I hold their stuff or put in the car, so, that nothing gets stolen when they have to stay there overnight.

I never trust those nurses, doctors or security because I've seen on the news and heard personal stories about people getting their stuff stolen when they had to go to the hospital when some people don't have a family to go to the hospital with them to protect their belongings.

I never trust co-workers since everyone is out for themselves doing grimey shit until they get caught.
