It's freestyling because they are not confined to one topic or style. The definition changed and cats just started saying off-the-head when it's impromptu and freestyle may be off-the-head or it may be a mish mosh of three pre-writtens.

If he bit Elliot Ness he got away with it in my book because I don't know one Elliot Ness verse. Knowing the Philly DVD scene he's either giving him props or he's calling him out. Being that Dose is from North Philly where Ness grew he's probably giving him props for now. Being that Ness is repping South West it's probably a challenge - the longer he waits to put out a project the more hungry these unsigned cats get. He already dropped a notch from battlin' Hollowman.
