My Solution for CHEAP website traffic: Instead of buying your traffic or waiting for search engines to send you traffic, you install CHEAP software onto your forum software to get targeted traffic. You have to be smart in doing this shit though. See my step by step guide below.

step 1:
Sign up for an Adsense account. This may seem easy but it's not, Google has been lagging in approving new accounts. BUT... I found a way to SPEED SHIT UP--instead of signing up for an account at adsense.com directly, go to gmail.com, create an account.
Google will send your cellphone a text message code--send that shit in and your account is verified.
Once your shit is verified, open a BLOGGER.com account.

Create a blog on blogger.com--you don't have to do shit to it, just create one. In the OPTIONS, click monetize your blog and you'll see the ADSENSE option. Click that shit and fill out the form.
BOTTOMLINE: Applying to Adsense through Blogger saves you DAYS or, if you're really fucked, weeks of waiting for approval.
Step 2: Researching which Category of topics to cover with your forum. This is the MOST IMPORTANT stage of the game. You HAVE to give this some time or else you'll be wasting time and money down the road.
The categories that pay well are personal finance (debt consolidation / bankruptcy / credit cards), forex, etc
Here's how to FIND OUT HOW MUCH your category PAYS out
Go to: http://www.spyfu.com
and type in your keyword/niche/category word
you will see a list of sites
click on the top site and you will see THEIR TOP PAID KEYWORDS
this shows you how much money is being paid out in your keyword niche
Keep researching until you find a niche that pays well and doesn't have too many competitors. There's many out there--the only limit is your IMAGINATION and CREATIVITY.
Step 3: thread topic research
Now that you've decided on a niche, you need to open a text file in Notepad and write down your main niche's keywords
Under these items, you need to list the SUBKEYWORDS that are related
How to find related keywords that your posters will post threads and replies about
Type in the keyword you're interested in, example: FOREX

Filter the keywords based on
HOW RELEVANT they are to your main niche
how competitive they are -- if there's too much competition, fuck it, find a less competitive word
Why focus on less competitive shit? Less people trying to jack your words and you can STACK UP these little words to get a nice traffic flow.

Step 4: Building your site
Go back to your list of main keywords and think of ways to turn that shit into a forum name
Example: if your keyword choice is forex, try to add words in the end like "talk" "chat" "forum" etc
Don't lose heart, many ninjas already registered easy variations. So do what I do, go to NAMEBOY.COM and have them think up a domain for you

Select a domain name. Must be easy to remember. Preferably, the domain name is your keyword but that shit doesn't happen nowadays cuz mofos reserved all that shit, so pick the best you can find.
Reserver your domain by going to godaddy.com or namecheap.com
Step 5:
Now that you have your domain and your list of niche keywords and your thread topics, you need to install forum software

BGOL runs on Vbulletin. This shit is BATTLE TESTED. There's other Free shit out there but they aren't as Search Engine friendly--phpbb and simple machines forums etc

Step 6:
Now that your forum is all set up, change the configurations to make sure your keywords are in the title and description.
Start posting the threads: Make sure your keyword is as close to the left as possible AND the sentence makes sense.

Now that you have your forum setup and modded and with threads posted, now it's time to get cheap posters
You HAVE to do this: You have to tell them that you will only pay for posts that YOU LIKE/APPROVE. Shit posts don't get paid. This way, motherfuckers will only post TUtorials or highly informative comments with references so the posts will IMPROVE YOUR SITE not just weigh it down with bullshit.

Step 8: Driving traffic
Depending on how good you make your threads, they will be the primary drivers of search engine traffic. SEO is key.
However, you can add to your traffic volume by posting DRAMA, holding CONTESTS, and hitting the Social networks hard
