is shit that bad out here!?!? you can see Mike Jones and David Banner for free if you take an HIV test...I don't know whether this is offensive or a good idea...wow

The City Of Dallas, 979 The Beat, MLK Jr. Family Clinic, Dwaine Caraway and Rickey Smiley are teaming up to Fight the spread of the HIV Virus in the Dallas Metroplex. Over the Next five weeks we will get information out to the public on Free HIV Testing sites across the Dallas Metroplex and it’s our collective goal to get 3000 people tested. On September 14, 2008 at Dallas City Hall a “HIP HOP for HIV” Concert will be held at Dallas City Hall and all of the people that took the test during the testing drive will receive a free ticket to attend. THIS WILL BE A TICKET THAT MONEY CANNOT BUY!

naw man that's a good move because Aids is running crazy nowadayz.But if i was gonna do that i wouldn't give the results till the day after the concert.Because if you have it it would really be a bummer to be told before the concert

the radio stations down here are always battling

claiming other people's events
giving away tickets to other station's concerts

i think it was a great idea for a free concert...shows they really care about the community

It's as pathetic as a stimulus check but I am sure everyone that got one sure spent it.
