dude is VERY lucky to be alive. they taught us during my apprenticeship that electricity actually cooks from the inside out. If a person has a panel flash and they get hit like that and be lucky enough 2 survive, that wound never heals because of that. it fries from the bone outward... rest in peace nonetheless. and they asked me did i want 2 take an electrical job overseas...
