Former NBA star Latrell Sprewell's home up for foreclosure

What a dumbass. Say what you will about Buster Douglas, but that fat nigga took his $20 million, went home to Indiana and started building apartment complexes. Had Spree done the same thing, he wouldn't be in this mess.

This reminds me of a dumb-ass rapper who was on Howard Stern this week. This asshole called himself Flo Rida--maybe he's hot right now, but I've never heard of him--and claimed to have already spent $400,000.00 on jewelry; tacky assed jewelry, I might add, that will have no resale value whatsoever.

Niggas will never learn :smh:

Example... years ago his moms benz got a flat on the way to his game... she calls AAA and has them take her to the Benz dealership and buys another SClass on the spot. Honest to God.

Also, heard the story of when Matt Geiger bought a house from AI.
Matt, closed on the house, and went to take possession of it, and
found a Benz still left in the garage, furniture, clothes, lots of shoe company allotments, most of all.... lots of cash laying around and tucked in places like the furniture, jars, shoe boxes, vases, etc.

Do you remember when the trainer (also brother of team president Pat Croce I think) got fired for getting caught taking cash from A.I.'s pants in the lockeroom?? It was a known fact that AI carried so much cash by the thousands for just 'walkin round money' that this trainer figured A.I. was never gonna miss some of it if he could steal some every now and then. And he was right, until he got greedy and players got suspicious and had the lockeroom under video surveillance to catch him.

And thats gar-un-teed money. Not like the NFL where they can cut yo ass. Once you sign its yours. The only thing dumber was the player for the magic I believe that had a player option for like a million dollars and his ass neglicted to call and pick it up.

Worst ever? TO's last agent. When he was ready to leave the 49ers and get that big contract, at the top of his game, TO's agent, who had NO OTHER CLIENTS, didn't file the paperwork on time.

So the Niners got to keep his rights, they could trade him, and he couldn't choose the team he wanted to go to. That's why TO cut the fool about getting traded to the Ravens, that's why he lost his mind after the first year with the Eagles... It was a money thang.

Bitch, get off the damn beach, pick up a phone, and have you sec-a-tary FAX some paperwork. You AINT GOT NOTHIN' ELSE TO DO, MAN!!!

Coach P.J.Carlesimo is somewhere cracking the the fuck up.

Yeah he'll probably give Sprewell an anonymous phone call and ask a question like Morris Day in the movie "Purple Rain" when he asked Prince "How's The Family?" then burst out in a screaching laugh before hanging up:lol:

I understand your logic. However, he could've paid the house off and took the money he WOULD'VE paid in interest and made more money (in investments) than the tax write off he recieved. IMHO

Thank you. I always wonder what people are thinking when they make statements like the one you responded too. I had a medical doctor say that kind of shit to me once:smh::smh:

I DONT SEE THE PROBLEM WITH THIS LEGIT BUSINESS MEN DO THIS ALL THE TIME. YOU DRIVING A NEW CAR WHERE YOU NEEDED TO GO, WITH NO RENTAL FEES. IT COST YOU NOTHING TO TEST DRIVE A CAR, AND PEOPLE WITH THAT MONEY ARE SOMETIMES GIVEN CARS FOR WEEKS OR EVEN MONTHS TO TEST DRIVE

Maybe you missed this part:

There was a story some years ago where his mother spent $50,000 on an SUV to drive from VA to PA only to give it back to the dealership the same day cuz she got tired of it.

a better question is why isnt a $400,000 home he bought in 1994 paid off yet? i dont understand
Reading between the lines, it sounds like someone has advised him on how to get out of a sticky domestic relationship, without her taking every dime he has worked hard for.

Sounds like he was advised on chapter 7, 11 or 13. probably 7
