How is he Lebrons problem? Is Lebron responsible for every single person he ever came in contact with?

As someone who works in the mental health field this is spot on. I'm sure family & friends have tried to help him but it's up to him at the end of the day. You can't force someone who has mental health issues to stay in some type of treatment program.
I have patient's family members call me all the time asking if we can't just forcefully put the patient in some type of facility for a month or 2. It don't work like that.
If they're a danger to themselves or others they'll be hospitalized for about a week and then released. That's one of the biggest barriers for someone who has mental health issues to understand that they need some type of treatment & must stick with it.
Man, I was JUST saying this shit yesterday during a faculty meeting. Last week I had a student commit suicide and I have another one that is a very disturbing domestic absuse situtation.
Unfortunately, these things are not uncommon for me to hear or even have to deal with. Some of these people are strung the fuck out on drugs as well.
My campus President was putting in all the things we can do to help our students and I told her “none of it matters if they don’t want to take the INITIATIVE to get help.” Im not even suppose to know about the lady getting her ass whooped, but yet she got an excuse for not coming to class.
Unfortunately, I’m not that compassionate when it comes to people and their personal issues. However, I’m not totally lacking empathetiy for them either. I just know the level of fuckery that goes into this. All these folks that said “help him” are going to be ready to talk cash shit if he falls back down again. If he is that far gone, then changes he needs to make is much more beyond than getting him some help. His entire mind/brain has to be reworked.
I have an uncle that is bad the fuck off. You can’t MAKE him do shit he don’t want to do. So many people have tried to help him and he always revert back. He steals and stays into some dumb shit that interrupts other people’s lives.
This is just another “feel bad twitter” viral post because none of these folks will be in it for the long haul. A person as bad off as Delonte it’s going to take YEARS to recover and regaining trust of the people he fucked over. This ain’t just giving someone $20 that’s homeless on the street and saying you did your humanitarian duty. It’s a long term thing until they feel they are well enough to integrate back into society. And there is no timetable on that.

I met this woman and she was paranoid schizophrenic-bipolar. She told me that when she was young her doctor and her parents made her get a hysterectomy. I was like damn. She was that bad. She would tell me that the people on the radio and tv was talking about her calling her the queen of DC. I just looked at her. The fucked up thing about it was she was nice in the 80’s and 90’s. She even had a nice body in her 50’s. I would never touch that woman though. She was a complete loon.
Well, her body got her in trouble back in the 90’s and she started fucking her boss. Their superiors found out about it and she ended up having a total meltdown. She was never the same again. She was a very nice looking woman with a big, nice ass big tits and a pretty face. I was even like...damn you was bad ass shit. That illness got ahold of her though. She even lost her government job behind all that shit.
She was highly intelligent and had two degrees. I use to be like damn you was suppose to be living in the burbs with a big house and children. That illness fucked her up though. It ran in her family. Her older sister who is like late 60’s has it and her nephew ended up with the same diagnosis. That shit ravaged her family. I felt so sad for them.
I even tried to help her. I use to pay for her meds, because I didn’t want her to have a complete meltdown in public. The woman would even eat spoiled food, so I had to buy her food and sometimes I would go to the grocery store and prepare meals for her. I didn’t want the woman to get sick from eating spoiled food. She wouldn’t bathe during the week and she would go to work without showering. She would only “wash off” during the week. She was very disturbing. The lady had a dog and the dog ended up neurological issues. The dog started running into walls and shit and pacing around her house. I had to force her to take her dog to the vet. Of course, they wanted to euthanize her dog.
Fuck! That woman was gone mentally. It was so sad to watch. I would just look at her and shake my head. Not out of shame for her, but because her mental health illness ruined her life. So go ahead y’all and say crazy pussy is the best pussy and see what you may end up dealing with. That shit ain’t no joke.

I hear what you're saying but we also have people on here post some disparaging shit about our women but a majority of us on this site love black women, I refuse to let the minority speak for the majority. I worked in social service so my hands are dirty and trust my heart heavy for people and especially my people that has been effected by drugs and mental health, seeing the shit I had to deal with I've seen it all and it sickened me to my stomach and it damn near caused me to choose another career path but I held strong and focused my efforts instead of those already afflicted to those that are on the verge of following such a dark path.

Yep, a lot of people don’t realize, that the person who is ill has to voluntarily accept treatment. I didn’t know this until we had an issue in my family. We would get them to the treatment facility and they would simply just sign themselves out and leave. This law needs to be changed. How can you expect a person who schizophrenic to not think the voices and paranoia they hear and feel is real? They probably think we’re the crazy ones. My cousin remained homeless and was found dead in the streets one day.We all tried everything we could. Real sad. I’d estimate and say 40% of the homeless population has some form of mental illness.

Many of these athletes and rappers are too overconfident when it comes to their intellectual abilities like Lebron. This is why they end up broke like Delonte West. If Lebron did not have money pouring in each year, he would be out there pan handling.
