Both have good flavor but not enough heat.Man years ago, my peeps aunt came in from Trinidad. The day I went visit her, she hooked up some fried bread with a mango/habanero sauce. That shit was great, I was sweating eating it but couldn’t for the life of me stop eating it.
My peeps was laughing because he know I don’t do heat but everytime a fresh piece of bread came out the grease I’d grab it and scoop a little dab of sauce onto it

Right. I like heat but not at the expense of flavor. Most of these sauces are so hot you cant taste any flavor. I can deal with sniffing from heat. But eyes burning and cant touch shit l, nah.
