she don't need to. tobe bought her moms a $2.7M house in the same private community, and everybody knows about the $4M diamond ring.

so if she ever decided to split, she got a place to stay and could hock the ring for cash without ever stepping foot inside a lawyer's office.

tobe put their house under a living trust, and i'm not a lawyer, so i don't know what happens to that asset in case of a divorce.
