I don't have an preference for I do favor one more than the other depending on my mood....

I like my lightskin females to be short and thick to chubby.
I like my darkskin females to be tall and slim to athletic shaped.

I simply love sistas, within the thick to chubby, just not skinny or fat. Right in the middle.

I prefer natural hair, but never looked down on one for wearing a weave.

My pet peeve though is blond hair coloring or fake color eyes.

But the physical is a minor thing. It is something you look for when you are young. Now I prefer a woman with substance and honesty... but of all things, she must be black.

Growing up, I never paid attention to that light/dark skin shit. If a chick looks good, she looks good: Nice eyes, lips, smooth skin with bodily curves. .

I'm not gonna lie...I would never discriminate against a woman on skin tone.
I've dated navy blue to redskin, but there is something about a light skin girl with the loose curly natural afro that gets me every time....I don't what it is, maybe it's generations of overt and subliminal racism, but if I see a girl like that, I just got to try and run a little game on her....

I've always had a thing for darker women over lighter tones. Interestingly though, for a long time I ended up only dating light skinned chicks. Very few of the dark women I went at seemed interested in me (maybe cause i'm dark?), but several lighter girls i've messed with said they loved the contrast in our skin tones. It wasn't until I graduated college that I started having success with darker women, and I went to an HBCU. Go figure.

My girl now is chocolate than a muthafucka tho and I LOVE that shit.

Do you really pay attention to complexions and do you have a preference for light skinned, brown skinned or dark skinned women?

Does it matter and if so, why? Or do you even know why?


And I guess it's not just limited to women...Do you women prefer a specific complexion over others. Do you absoluely refuse to date a light skinned or dark skinned man? Why?
