Went a farmers market this past weekend and saw a food tent hooking something up similar to this. Tostada, quest fresco, sunny side up duck egg, tomatillo/jalapeño sauce, sautéed country sausage, sea salt/pepper and fresh cilantro. I wanted go back there and show that chef like, "you ain't got shit on me" lol

man I've been waiting to run across a "duck egg" for sale sign
Yeah, I got a half dozen for $5, pretty good deal. I've never tried them before. What did not is the yolk is much bigger and the egg white was thicker. The shell was also thinner but harder to crack, like it had more give or something. Delicious either way.
