This country treats mental health and drug addiction like a game He needs a mental health evaluation and then a drug screening, he needs to be off the streets and helped not just placed in the system to come out and behave that way again.
I wish dumb people would stop acting like he's a normal person, he is not, he's in a silent percentage of the population who are ticking time bombs in our society and not getting REAL the help they need.
With that said if that was my daughter I would have shot him dead on that cold Walmart floor. I hope the young lady seeks help to recover from that horrible attack.
