Flipping domains, and websites?

I know about it. I know where people go to do it. I have promoted products on it. I have yet to actually do it.
One thing I will say, I think it takes to people. A guy that is straight programmer and a guy that knows how to sell the site as a "product."
The money is endless with all the niche markets out.
