Is he the guy responsible for this or is he the fall guy? I read that the decision to use the flint river was made by the former flint emergency manager Edward Kurtz.

Sadly they had a lady on talking about her she gave her dog some the local water not knowing. She said he wouldn't eat and went on to throw up and puking heavy. After she gave him bottled water he returned to normal.

I think there is leaded water in Detroit by the way that city, schools, and companies was managed and ran to the ground. These cities need to better manage themselves and not have the state takeover. Governor Snyder did not run for governor to be a fucking mayor.

Meet the 2-year-old boy from TIME's cover on Flint
TIME released their latest cover, and it highlights the ongoing water crisis in Flint, Michigan.
The boy on the cover is a Flint resident. His name is Sincere Smith. His third birthday is in a few days.
Sincere has rashes all over his body. They are so itchy, it keeps him up at night.
"People think of Flint and think of what we're going through," Sincere's mother Arian Hawk said. "Imagine what we're going through. Imagine if these were your kids going through this right now. You'll see how we'll feel."
Hawk says a doctor discovered that the boy rash is from chemicals that are being dumped into the water system to combat the lead in the city's water.
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency issued an emergency order Thursday that it plans to take over testing for lead. In a statement, the agency criticized local and state officials.
