These type of cats have me laughing in the gym. Yeah they can lift a lot but when we take off our shirts the bitch's be looking at me. I'm all about being strong, toned, and agile. Fuck all that I lift 500lbs and I look like the dough boy.

even at my biggest 6'6" 275 the most I was benching was 260lbs but I had great chest development.

it ain't about the weight, it is about doing the bench press properly.

On Sunday I came in to the gym at ~9pm. Hadn't eaten anything in 6 hours. I was tired. Been sippin on Black tea all day. I did sets of 6 close grip 275, YOUR WEIGHT. You can't even full bench your own weight. So who's going to take YOUR advice? :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

I purposely dropped weight because I wanted to be ripped.
I'm about to start lifting again, but this time I'm going up to 280 lbs and ripped.

do you want me to post a picture of what I looked like at 6'6" 275 lbs cause I could.
 
Impressive. The only thing is that they wouldn't count a rep like that in a competition. I spotted a cat at the base gym once and he did like 4-5 reps at 500 even or so. He did the reps pretty clean and i was like :eek:

I use to lift a little heavy, but I am cool now going in and working out with 205 for a few sets of 8-10 reps.

I was a skinny dude so when I put on weight training I get ripped up fast. Just two years ago I was like 165-170. Now I'm 190 pushing 325. People still call me skinny though. I train for strength mostly high weight low reps. Added side-effects I get ripped up. You'd think I do all kinds of workouts buts I only do bench and squat.

moderate weight, high intensity
high protein, high carbohydrate diet is a guaranteed way to build muscle.

I gotta agree with JD this time. I work out with 275 - 280 lbs right now. I can push 300 lbs three times easy. Y'all bench like we did in high school. Fuck all them reps. Lift heavy 5 - 8 reps.
