about a year or two ago i posted pics of me bench pressing 615 now i havent been staying on my work out but i was asked to post a video of me benching because some didnt belive i was pushing the weight ....so this a video i did last friday benching 520 im working my way back up ... someone please assist

even at my biggest 6'6" 275 the most I was benching was 260lbs but I had great chest development.

it ain't about the weight, it is about doing the bench press properly.

i salute the effort playa but you might as well lower the weight and at least show and prove 3 reps at a weight you don't need spotter to help you lift.....that will be official about how much you can really throw up.

When I was working out I got to 235, but I still wasn't dieting properly to get definition.

you ain't going to build well defined muscle, the kind that impresses the ladies, by doing 1 rep max.

you need to train like bodybuilders, multiply sets in the 8-12 rep range of different exercises.

what is the point of benching 600lbs if you don't look like you can bench 600lbs

this was after we started with 225 10 reps, 315 8 reps, 405 2 reps then 520 1 rep

These type of cats have me laughing in the gym. Yeah they can lift a lot but when we take off our shirts the bitch's be looking at me. I'm all about being strong, toned, and agile. Fuck all that I lift 500lbs and I look like the dough boy.

when I was benching 260lbs I didn't need a spotter.

On Sunday I came in to the gym at ~9pm. Hadn't eaten anything in 6 hours. I was tired. Been sippin on Black tea all day. I did sets of 6 close grip 275, YOUR WEIGHT. You can't even full bench your own weight. So who's going to take YOUR advice? :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:
