I've been doing both dumbbell and Barbell bench press for the past year or so and I'm not really impressed with the width of my chest relative to my back. I think I'm struggling to establish the good ol' muscle mind connection. My shoulders and triceps seem to be doing most of the work during press exercises. 
My back, shoulders, arms and traps are pretty good, but chest is a week point for me man.
Anyone had any success doing weighted dips to build chest width and thickness. share your experiences fam.
