RECIPE BELOW! Ive been FEENING for a fish sammich all week and finally! Everything! I need one of these a week! And lowkey its VERY quick to make! 2 cod fillets Cajun seasoning All purpose seasoning 2 cups flour (SEASONED) 2 large eggs Tartar sauce (mine homemade)
Season cod and add two beaten eggs. Dip cod into seasoned flour then back into eggs then back into flour. Heat vegetable oil to 350 and drop fish in. Cook for 5-7 minutes until it’s brown like me. Toast some brioche and add tartar sauce, drained fish and American cheese. Enjoy!
