Final Justice League Trailer

I hear some of you in regards to Aquaman.

But I truly believe Jason Momoa is going to be the Breakout Star of this film.
Just consider the fact that Aquaman has been an "in joke" for decades.
So how he's portrayed in this film is going to be somewhat of a fun disbelief to most folks.

I really like what I've seen of him so far.

Aquaman and Cyborg are the only reasons I want to see this. It appears that Cyborg is like the glue of team. Obviously not the strongest, but he comes across as a leader here. Hopefully he does enough to warrant that solo movie. Or at least a Netflix show.

I don't like the goofy version of The Flash but I guess they need to add a little comedy in a pretty much dark version of Justice League.

My other concern is, do we get a flash origin in this movie? We get Batman's parents dying in every movie. Flash, Aquaman and Cyborg origins should have come before this.

I do have confidence in Joss Whedon though. The man has not let me down yet. I can already see some of the Joss Whedonisms going on.

No Because that's what smart companies do building a universe...

But they didn't want to seem like they were coping Marvel so they started with the main Trilogy (Bat, Supes and WW) then JL and are going to work their way back with origin movies, i.e WW.

WW should have followed directly behind BVS then Aquaman before JL.

looks to me like Joss / Snyder have a few surprises planned (other than Superman) in the movie
definitely see Joss' hand in the trailer creation and his fingerprints in one action sequence and some clips- but this still looks mostly like Snyder's film

I like the way the DCU looks. I don't want two different properties (MCU) looking like each other. I like the darker more sinister look they've achieved vs. The brighter more upbeat Marvel films.

Comics vary wildly in tone from book to book by their artists and writers. A walking Dead universe should look different from Marvel's 80's book Power Pack. The movies should as well.

Y'all already got all the DC corn you can get with Arrow and Flash on tv. The movies should be a more serious affair

I'm not going to kill these guys too much for the creative direction - they took their shot,
I really did enjoy MoS as a film even though I don't agree or like a few of their choices in MoS (and I enjoy debating and bitching about it)...

I just couldn't enjoy BvS because unlike MoS it was poorly written (screenplay) and edited... The story could have been good even great- but it truly came together as a horribly made film - (The director cut is one step up from the theatrical release -just bad)

Als0 WB knowingly releasing an incomplete film that many people paid theatre prices to see - that caused some real hard feelings among enthusiast/fan communities that I think colored how they perceived or look back on the film and characters

The directors cut of BvS was much more a thriller (the bullet storyline) than a simple "Super Hero" film. Once you looked at it as more of a Thriller (with super hero elements) it made the film much more enjoyable to me.

Anyway, I'll go see it. At this point my expectations for DC are so low I doubt I'll be disappointed.

I'm going to see it but I won't ever get my hopes up for a DC live action movie ever again after BVS. Not feeling the purple sky CGI doomsday set piece. I'm not a fan of the portrayal of Barry. Guessing they want to differentiate between the tv show and the big screen version.
