Since I am, indeed, a grown woman(as Doug is a grown man)...if I choose to have some run my life... I am the sole manager of myself so if this did happen I would have to call that delegating. Maybe she runs his life better than he would... maybe he needs something that she gives him... we dont know...

As far as my man there's a ten year gap and he wouldn't have a problem finding another like me. He's very "obliging" shall I say by nature so he's never been single for more than a few months.

I guess we're on opposite ends of the spectrum on this one. There's really not much else to discuss about it, maybe we can agree to disagree. In my opinion this is an extreme case that baffles the shit out of me. It almost seems to be split along the gender line. I can't speak for all men, but I would guess that the majority of us feel this is BS. Maybe (some) women see Jackie as a heroin who flexes her "Girl Power" and root for her in her. Whatever the case if it works for Christie's great, but I honestly feel that if the tables were turned there would be a huge difference in the perception of their relation. There would probably a million "Doug Christie/Niggas Ain't Shit" websites and organizations popping up everyday. Thighs you might have even started a thread about it :lol:...
At the end of the day, love relationships are about about give and take. They're like a dance because you have to know when to lead and when to follow. We don't know the whole story of Doug and Jackie's relationship, but from the outside looking in it seems like it's being dominated by one person to extreme levels.

I haven't been pussy whipped before but I have been guilty of the dreaded too nice for my own good characteristic and ended up getting fucked over by my ex. My last year in high school I worked part-time at a hospital transporting patients and there was this older lady, she was pushin 40 but didn't look a day over 20, that I was interested in.

The job was always slow so it was a lot of down time, it would be just me and her waiting for calls, and she use to flirt with me but she would say I was to young for her. I would help her with her work, buy her dinner(from the hospital cafe), and give her rides home some nights trying to get her to change her mind.

As time went on she got more and more friendly but still would say I was to young. I ended up quiting when I finished school so I don't know if she would have been more willing after I graduated or not.
