Father & son time

I dont think they should attach gun training to this being what a man does with his son because there's so much more you could teach and do than show your kids how to kill someone.

Weapon training is important but there's just so much more to teach.

it is, but I don't think they should be training like this in the house with (what look like) live rounds.
Showing him how it's done in the hood... the hood way.... he's so fucking cool..... get those clicks.............idiot.... :hmm: :smh:

Hopefully they were dummy rounds.

I see nothing wrong with this otherwise.
The dummy I saw was the one showing off for those clicks

not understanding the logic.
It’s noon. I was reading to my son a story about Brown vs The Board of Education. We also did some math problems. I’m reading an old textbook about genetics.

What you spend your time preparing for defines your perspective and your prospectus.

Do you remember the old adage about rappers rapping about death? Apply the same logic to certain families and their progeny for
war.

Bingo. Some fathers teach their sons subconsciously and consciously about spreading their dna. Some fathers want to pretend they are king liondas.

I try to imbue into my children about Mansa Musa.

so in the evening or weekends you don't take you kid to a karate class or teach any type of self defense? Every kid that was beat up/bullied was the result of the kid speaking it into existence?

I agree the dude seems to be going a bit overboard with the "self defense" training (of course this could be nothing more than showing out for the "gram"). However, to say he doesn't need ANY of the training seems a bit naive.

I think you should arm your children with the tools you feel will benefit them in the future.

I think children who come in contact with violence are more prone to violence. I think children who are prone to academic greatness are more likely to be successful.

you seemed to ignore my first question. Plenty of kids have found themselves in violent situations through no will or fault of their own.

So if a kid is being physically attacked, just ignore it and wait for him to brag about his success at the class reunion years later?

You don’t start a story at the end and ask the reader how did they get there.

Why is the child being physically attacked?

No. If you know calculus there isn't a need to learn how to hold and use a gun.
I beg to differ... I took calculus in college. Yet, I hunt as well. I'm actually going on an Elk this October.

Although I'm glad I took calculus, learning how to shoot was more satisfying to me.

Also, if someone ever tries to do me harm, calculus will not save me. But my skill as hunter/shooter has a higher probability of bringing through the encounter alive.

You choose to go hunting. Just like you choose to believe your skills as a hunter will help you in a fight or flight.

Funny after I took the curtains of the gazebo for the storm. I had father and son time with my two oldest sons, and I went over the differences between ETFs and mutual funds. I will just say we are different in this household. I fully understand these fathers though. You have to train the brutes for the future that will make them successful.

If you raise them right, hopefully they can assess a dangerous situation and remove themselves from the equation.
Some people are raised right and get fucked up; some people are raised wrong and make it and thrive; raising is a solid part of it; a piece of the pie; ultimately it will be the person's choice intuition will awareness common sense destiny purpose fate guts confidence mindset that will decide their future...
