Fargo: Season 4

Season 4 debuts September 27 on FX. The long-awaited fourth season of Noah Hawley's Coens-influenced anthology finally arrives at the end of the month, nearly three and a half years after the season 3 premiere (and five months after it was first scheduled to appear). By now, you know the drill: You're looking at an entirely new story, characters, and setting—in this case, Kansas City in 1950, home to warring crime syndicates, one run by Italian immigrants, the other by African Americans. What hasn't changed is that the cast is terrific. Chris Rock—who claims it's the best part he has ever had—gets top billing in a season that also includes Jason Schwartzman, Ben Whishaw, Uzo Aduba, Timothy Olyphant, Jack Huston, Jessie Buckley, Glynn Turman (playing a character named "Doctor Senator," which can't possibly be bad), Amber Midthunder, and musician Andrew Bird. Two new episodes air back-to-back on launch day, and each episode will also stream on Hulu the following day.

You better watch the other seasons because every season us fire

This season is boring. I don’t care for any of the characters

To each his own I guess. This season has some of the most intelligent dialogue and writing than previous seasons. So much so Its seems they tried to balance it by having more "corkyness" than usual. Now that I can really deal without. They literally resorted to fart humor. But other than that I think its hitting all marks. At least the ones I look for in a good series.

Definitely check out seasons 1 - 3.

Season 3 isn't as strong as 1 & 2, but across the board each season has a good assortment of cast members.

Great villains as well.

I haven't started season 4 yet, how is Chris Rock's acting holding up?

His being the lead is why I haven't rushed to watch already.

Disagree, the only character I don't care for is his brother from Italy

It's fine, but his voice doesn't let you forget it's Chris Rock in the role. I keep waiting for the joke.
