Diets are the craze of Hollywood.
A huge number of actors, actresses, singers, dancers, etc.* are obsessed with their appearance. They are subjects to a variety of often strange and even painful beauty treatments, but they are also true slaves of diets.
There are very few* stars who are not subjected periodically to a diet in order to achieve an appropriate figure for a role or an important event.
I want to present some of my favorite diets of various popular Hollywood ladies.
Megan Fox is a big fan of the recently popular “paleo” diet. This diet plan includes foods that were typically eaten by our ancestors in the Palaeolithic era - raw fruits and vegetables, roasted meat and fish cooked on the grill. It is important that the food is found in nature and consumed with minimal heat treatment. This is more like a model of nutrition with food combining than a calorie-restricted diet.

Halle Berry has always been hitting with an incredible body. The secret? She takes lean protein, complex carbohydrates and healthy fats such as avocado.
Penelope Cruz is a fan of the “Mediterranean” diet. Moreover, she avoids red meat or allows herself to taste it two or three times a month.
However, olive oil, *fresh fruits and vegetables are a regular part of the menu.
Miranda Kerr follows a diet according to her blood group. There are people who believe that the nature of our blood group determines what foods are best for our bodies.
Furthermore, Miranda has repeatedly shared that pure coconut oil is her faithful friend and she often replaces *cakes and salad dressing with it.
Jennifer Aniston applis some math in her diet. Her dishes are composed of 30% proteins, 30% fats and 40% carbohydrates. It is said that this is what increases metabolism.
Anne Hathaway has relied on veganism, it is not just diet for her, it is a way of life. She tries to not consume any animal products. Vegetables, fruits and nuts play a big role in the det plan she follows.
Victoria Beckham is known for her incredibly thin figure that successfully maintains despite four pregnancies. Mrs Beckham observes the so-called “alkaline” diet, which maintains that certain foods affect the acidity in the blood and urine. Poultry, cheese and cereals are restricted in this diet.
Beyonce is proud of the curves of her body, but if you're often watching her videos and various media events, you may have noticed that once her hips look larger and sometimes not that large. The singer has repeatedly said that she does not like to starve. She claims to eat properly and in moderate quantities.
