Very good case for excessive. First four shots justified without argument. The next four shots have a very good argument for justification as well because he’s approaching the aggressor, the gun is still within the aggressor‘s reach and he wants to make sure the aggressor doesn’t grab the gun as he’s approaching. The last shot, depending on the prosecutor, the shit could go south. He’s already picked up the gun and just popped one more in his ace off of GP.
