Ex-Husband gets some payback.....

Man... it's not about a man being weak in this instance.. women do dirty shit to dudes all the time and don't expect any repercussions because as a man, we're supposed to "man up" and take it.. She should have been glad he took this route instead of putting a bullet in her brain...

Basically. Its obvious she fucked him over in some way and he still hadn't forgot about it.They would be calling him all types of bitches if he ran up in her crib and shot her. Can't win for shit around here it seems.

So how come they didn't do a complete background check...?

The fraud is not my main issue although it certainly motivated me because I don't want to lose my job for failing to report it. My identity is already known anyway and I don't care at this point. I'm her ex-husband, Dan.

My real problem is that she lied about me in court and coached our son's testimony to get my custody terminated. So I'm trying to get custody of my son back. In case you don't know how the family court system works, what happens is when a woman wants to go in and lie about you and accuse you of abuse, they will just admit all her hearsay statements as evidence without any physical evidence of abuse, and terminate your custody without granting you a jury trial.

So basically, I now have to prove to a prejudiced court that she lied about me, which can be very difficult, so I'm having to compile all documented instances of this occurring. This is one of those instances. It's not entirely related but still speaks to the overall problem of her willingness to lie to achieve her goals.

I don't like seeing my tax and your tuition money going toward paying someone ~ $100k/yr in earnings obtained through fraud, so I'm posting a little FOIA dump you all may be interested in. This information is publicly available. Having been royally screwed over by by this woman's lies myself, I decided to file a FOIA request with U of M to obtain these documents. I knew since she's a pathological liar that she probably lied on her application for the job, which as it turns out, she did. No surprise there.

I work at U of M myself and we constantly get these emails about integrity and reporting fraud and illegal activity... all lip service, apparently. I was asked to produce a copy of my degree certificate for my job, which I did. Perhaps it's a different situation cause I'm not a professional liar, but regardless an academic institution relies on its reputation and should at least have some minimum standard of honesty in the job application process. It's all about earning that degree that says something about you, right? Otherwise what's the point? We can all just make fake CVs or order PhDs from diploma mills and make a pile of money too.

Concerned Taxpayer

(ps. I don't really have a problem if anyone figures out who I am, but why bring myself unnecessary attention? I'm not the one who's engaged in fraud here and you can verify this information yourself if you want)

ANN ARBOR, Mich. - Jordan Miller was good for the job. Her managers say her work was stellar.

"She knows her stuff, she's very good at what she does," said University of Michigan spokesman Rick Fitzgerald.

But Miller didn't quite meet all of the qualifications. Sources tell Local 4 it was her ex-husband who ratted her out. He took to the social media site Reddit revealing Miller had lied on her resume.
He posted quote: "Having been royally screwed over by this woman's lies myself, I decided to file a FOIA request with U of M to obtain these documents."

Miller's resume and application said she had a bachelors degree in Journalism from Columbia.
The university believed her and gave her the Director of Social Media position, making $100,000 a year.

"We certainly never had any reason to not believe her resume," said Fitzgerald.

Sources say the ex- husband posted a degree verification document online, which showed Miller never received a degree from Columbia.

</aside> The university looked into it and found that Miller had not finished getting her degree.

"We did not do the verification by our outside source for educational background," Fitzgerald said.

Miller resigned from her position. She released a statement saying, "My intention was never to deceive the university, but i acknowledge that I made a mistake, and I'm very sorry."
