As it exists, the death penalty is racist and biased, applied and executed (so to speak) with prejudice. That said, there are PLENTY of reasons to smush out individuals. This degenerate has nothing positive to offer society, and I would be fine with walking him out the subway car and right into the giant smushing thumb of justice. Fuck him and his pissy attitude.
