Yo please talk me down. I just got fuckin chewed by manager and told he'll fire my ass if I'm late again. But, everyone strolls in a little after their shift. I commute 50 minutes.

We are about to work from home in one week so my boss knows I really want this job. But I walked out feeling like I was trapped AND dependent on this job which I am sorta. Theres other jobs out there but not working from home getting paid 50k

Fuck, I feel like fucking quitting just to show him I dont need this shit. I really work hard but he told me since I went perm my coworkers think I'm slacking. And thats BULLSHIT!

Everyone says work for yourself then, but it aint that easy. Trust me. Fuckin benefits alone will have you broke. Anyone else feel like walking out but know you cant right now? How do you deal with that feeling each day??

Especially compared to the money you could potentially be making working for yourself, not to mention that business asset you could sell once you're ready to move on as opposed to finding another job you will likely also hate. I cant relate because im never late..........seriously its one of my qualities i'm
most proud of and like someone above mentioned, if its a 50 minute
commute then give yourself 10-15 extra minutes.Its just a matter of
either getting up a lil' bit earlier or cutting the time on your morning routine.

However I do have experience with the asshole, Nazi, bitch ass manager
types. I once got pushed to the limit so far I actually pulled my supervisor
to the side and swore I would beat the breaks off his ass if he EVER came
to me bogus again. Safe to say I never ever had anymore problems from dude.

Another time I was working a job and my female manager was one of those employee
of the month, take the job too damn serious type bitches.
Always trying to write folks up or having displinary hearings
for all kinds of petty shit. I got her ass back when they finally
did fired my ass. I took pics of her with my cell phone and
created a myspace, blackplanet and nudeafrica page as if I was
"married but looking"when mu'fuckas replied I gave them her real
phone number and had niggaz calling her crib.

I dont know what came of it but last I heard her husband left her and she
ended up taking personal leave and came back to work weeks later a changed woman.
