Seriously, I learned early on in the professional world that you have to judge people on a case by case basis. My employer has a "diversity committee" that is literally filled with wenches who hate me. Conversely, an older Asian woman vouched for me early on and is in large part responsible for my position now.
This shit is messy but the only person I see with "clean hands" in this shit is the woman who recorded and leaked the audio. She is the only one who saw a fucked up situation and tried to do something about it without trying to use it for a personal come up. Taylor tried to use it for her own financial gain and would have happily sat on this info had they given her the money she wanted. Nothing surprising about Nichols' thoughts but hilarious to me that people said the same things about her when she started getting good opportunities. I don't think anything will happen to Nichols especially since the wench Sage Steele wasn't punished for talking real greasy about protestors.

i agree with a lot of what you wrote.
A leverage play for how much more? She was reportedly offered 5m and declined. Whats her magic number? There's only 3mil to play around with and I don't see any network paying her the same as Skip or SAS. Anything more than 5mil would prob make her the highest paid sports anchor on any network outside of FOXSports or ESPN. No way in hell is TNT paying her that much. They don't cover enough sports to justify that. And she sure as hell not carving out a big enough spot on Inside The NBA to justify that amount, unless she does double duty on CBS. As I said before, anything above 5 million would place her among some the top paid people on tv. Hell the 5 million would have done that. Bob Costas only pulls a little over 7 million per year. She overplayed her hand.
